On today's news brief: Virginia voters narrowly approved a Democratic measure to gerrymander the state's Congressional seats - leaning districts to 10-1 in favor of Democrats, the liberal Southern Poverty Law Center is now facing federal charges of their own after a grand jury indicted them for six counts of wire fraud, four counts of bank fraud, and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, and Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced he is launching a criminal probe into OpenAI and its artificial intelligence app ChatGPT over a deadly shooting last year that killed two people at Florida State University.
